What to expect
Santa Monica Studio and Bluepoint are reportedly remaking the original God of War trilogy — God of War, God of War II and God of War III — for PS5 and PC, targeting a 2028 release window.
The remake is expected to preserve the brutal Greek mythology storyline while rebuilding combat, visuals and camera work from the ground up, giving modern players a way to experience Kratos' original rampage with today's production values.
